Carter Bailey Founded Vertique Development in 2015 to provide the Education Industry with a turnkey solution to growing and developing Preschools in an efficient and professional manner. With a background in Development, Construction, and Commercial Real Estate, Carter draws on past experience to conceptualize and bring to fruition Community-Centric Developments whose parts compliment one another.

Stuart Monteith
Senior Associate

Stuart Monteith joined Vertique Development in 2017 as an Associate focusing on Site Selection & Construction Management as well as assisting in all Day-to-Day functions of the Business. Previously, he worked with Henry S. Miller Commercial Real Estate in Austin as a Market Research Analyst. Stuart graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2016 with a double major in Banking & Finance. He is an entrepreneur in his own right having started the first full-time food truck in Oxford during his time there.

Carter DeWalch
Associate

Carter DeWalch joined Vertique Development in 2019 as an Associate focusing on Site Selection & Construction Management as well as assisting in all Day-to-Day functions of the Business. Previously, he worked with Dimensional Fund Advisors in Austin as a Sales Associate. Carter graduated from The University of Texas in 2018 with a major in Civil Engineering and a minor in Business.
